Young managers contribute better than old ones according to the survey. Knowing and exploiting the many strengths of this younger group generates a big prospect with higher performance and excellence. While younger leaders have challenges that will require focused efforts and leadership development to overcome, they bring tremendous benefits to the organization. Six characteristics of young managers are studied are as follows: 1.Welcome change, 2.Inspiring behavior. 3. Receptive to Feedback. 4. Continuous Improvement. 5. Results Focused. 6. Elevate Goals.
