MERC Global's International journal of Management Cases (MERC Global IJMC) converges on the publication of concise as well as descriptive case studies, which may be based on the interdisciplinary research of management with other business functions. MERC Global IJMC does not publish fictional cases and narrative cases without any analytical content are discouraged. Case studies submitted to MERC Global IJMC should be well investigated, determined and evidential. Moreover, case studies should evince a realistic demeanour of the organization’s and/or industry’s problems, actions, decisions, endeavours and so forth.
Author(s) submitting case studies are anticipated to maintain the quality of the case studies and admonished to concentrate on the following properties.
Determination of purposeful and relevant issues, problems, situations, system, processes etc.
Quality and sufficiency of relevant facts, evidences, and other information & data
Realism, rationality, timeliness, effectiveness and analytics
Comprehensiveness, exhaustiveness, multifariousness, and rendezvous
Documentation and exemplification of ideas, observations, principles, conceptions, approaches, mechanisms, procedures, systems, processes, etc.
Organization, consistency, efficiency, readability, and artistry of exhibition and manifestation
The case studies rendered to MERC Global IJMC for publication must be escorted with a teaching note. These are some specific guidelines for authors writing and submitting the case studies to MERC Global. Author(s) are advised to follow the detailed guidelines before submission.
